Queuing systems are a crucial component of discrete systems. They consist of customers and service desks where customers initially join the waiting queue and then receive service from the service desk. This system finds widespread application in the service industry, logistics, and manufacturing. From customers queuing at banks, vehicles queuing at logistics points for loading and unloading, to products queuing before processing machines in manufacturing systems, these are all examples of queuing systems at play.

案例一:带返工的产品制造模型

模型描述:

某工厂生产三种类型的产品,产品以随机时间间隔从其他部门抵达工厂。模型中设有三台加工机器,每台机器专门处理特定类型的产品。产品加工完成后,需经检验设备检验。若质量合格,则流经仿真模型的另一部门。若发现制造缺陷,则需返工,产品将回到仿真模型的起点,重新由对应机器加工。此仿真的目的是找出生产瓶颈。

Model Description: A factory produces three types of products, with a random arrival interval from other departments in the factory. There are three processing machines in this model, each dedicated to a specific type of product. After processing, the products must be inspected by a testing device. If the quality is acceptable, they move to another department in the simulation model. If a manufacturing defect is detected, the product needs to be reworked and returns to the start of the simulation model for reprocessing by the corresponding machine. The purpose of this simulation is to identify production bottlenecks.

建模步骤:

1. 启动Flexsim并设置模型单位。

2. 创建并命名所需对象。

3. 连接各对象。

4. 设置产品到达时间间隔,遵循均值为5秒的指数分布。

5. 设置产品类型和颜色。

6. 配置Queue的最大容量及输出路径。

7. 为三台机器设置加工时间,遵循均值为10秒、标准差为0.5秒的正态分布。

8. 设置Queue2的最大容量。

9. 设置检验站的处理时间为4秒。

10. 配置检验站的输出路径。

11. 设置仿真运行停止时间为50,000秒后,重置并运行模型。

The modeling process involves setting up the units, creating and naming objects, connecting them, configuring product arrival intervals, setting product types and colors, defining maximum capacities for queues, setting processing times for machines and inspection stations, configuring output paths, and finally running the simulation to identify bottlenecks.
